Privacy policy

How this website handles the information you send us.

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, how we look after it and what rights you have. It applies to visitors in the USA and the UK. In this policy, we, us and our mean the business that runs this website. It was last updated on 11 October 2026. The rules for using the website are in our terms of use.

Please do not send patient or health information

This website is for business inquiries. Do not put patient information, health information or any other protected health information into the contact form or into any message to us. We do not need it to answer a business inquiry, and this website is not set up to receive it. If you send it by mistake, tell us through the contact page and we will remove it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, you give us:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your organization and your role, if you choose to give them
  • The type of business you run and the services you are interested in, if you choose to say
  • The message you write
  • Your confirmation that you have not included patient information

Like most websites, the servers that deliver this one may record technical details of a visit, such as an IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use these records for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you. To limit spam, the contact form also keeps a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address for about an hour, after which it expires and is cleared by routine housekeeping, so that it can count how many messages come from one connection. We do not store your IP address with your inquiry.

How we use it

We use contact form information to read and answer your inquiry, to discuss working together if you ask us to, and to keep a record of that conversation.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising or use it to build advertising profiles. This website does not use advertising trackers, advertising cookies or marketing pixels.

Where your inquiry goes

When you submit the contact form, your message is stored in this website's database and emailed to us. The companies that host this website and deliver our email handle that information on our behalf. We also share personal information if the law requires it. Where information about UK visitors is transferred outside the UK, the transfer must be covered by a safeguard that UK data protection law accepts.

Our lawful basis for UK visitors

UK GDPR requires a lawful basis for using personal information. For contact form inquiries we rely mainly on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and keeping this website secure, and on your request where you ask us to take steps toward working together. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object.

Cookies, storage and fonts

This website does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. If you use the Pause motion button, your choice is saved in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. The people who manage the website use sign-in cookies when they log in. You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings.

The fonts on this website are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact a third-party font service when you load a page.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry data only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to deal with anything that follows from your inquiry. We review stored inquiries from time to time and delete those we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.

Your rights if UK GDPR applies to you

If you are in the UK, you have the right to:

  • Be told how your information is used
  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct your information and, in some circumstances, to delete it or restrict how we use it
  • Object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests
  • Ask for your information in a portable format, where that right applies

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will look into it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at any time.

Your rights under US state privacy laws

Depending on the state you live in, privacy law may give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. We will handle your request under whichever law applies to you, and if we cannot act on it, we will tell you why.

How to make a request

Contact us through our contact page. Say that you are making a privacy request and which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm your identity, so that we do not release information to the wrong person. We will respond within the time that the applicable law requires.

Security, children and other websites

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email is completely secure, which is one more reason not to send sensitive information through this one. This website is for business visitors and not aimed at children. It may link to other sites, which we do not control and which this policy does not cover.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
