AI and human intelligence for healthcare

AI systems that grow
healthcare businesses.

We design practical AI systems for operations, patient and customer relationships, and revenue. Technology handles the repeatable work. Your people keep the judgment, the relationships and the final say.

Our philosophy

Technology does the repeatable work.
People do the work that matters.

growth

We build AI that works alongside your team, so people spend less time on repeatable admin and more time on the conversations that need a person.

Our model

Human intelligence and AI systems, designed together

Most AI projects start with a tool. We start with a workflow, the people who run it and the commercial goal behind it. Then we decide what AI should do and what it should not.

Engine one

Human intelligence

Judgment, behavior and accountability

We study how your front desk, billing team, clinicians and sales staff actually work, where leads go cold and where patients or customers drop away. People set the rules, review the exceptions and own every decision that carries clinical, financial or legal weight.

How we work
Engine two

AI systems

Speed, consistency and reach

AI handles the repeatable work: answering routine questions, drafting messages, reading documents, scoring leads and flagging claims. Each system has a named owner, a review step and a clear handoff to a person. Our AI automation work covers the build.

See what we build
The growth system

From first inquiry to loyal customer, one connected system

Revenue in healthcare leaks at the handoffs: a missed call, a slow reply, an unworked referral, a denied claim, a lapsed patient. We connect the stages so each handoff has a design, an owner and a measure.

Example scenarios

How a connected system could work in practice

These are illustrations of how we would design a workflow. They are not client results. Every real project starts with your own baseline.

Medical clinics

After-hours inquiry to booked slot

A missed-call text offers two appointment times, answers routine questions and passes new-patient inquiries to the front desk lead for a morning call.

AI
answers within rules you set and offers open slots
Person
front desk lead confirms and handles anything urgent or clinical
Measure
lead response time and inquiry-to-booking rate
Medical clinics
Billing and RCM

Denied claim to worked appeal

A denial arrives with a reason code. The system reads the remittance, groups the denial by cause and drafts the appeal packet for the biller's queue.

AI
reads remittances, sorts denials, drafts the packet
Person
billing manager approves the appeal and handles payer calls
Measure
first-pass acceptance, days in accounts receivable
Medical billing and RCM
Dental and ortho

Overdue recall to a filled chair

Patients overdue for a visit get a message in the practice's own voice with two real openings. Replies go to the schedule coordinator, not a dead inbox.

AI
finds overdue patients, drafts and times the message
Person
coordinator confirms and handles questions
Measure
recall rate and no-show rate
Dental and ortho
Hospitals and clinics

Prior authorization packet, checked before it is sent

The system gathers the documents a payer lists, checks the packet for gaps and flags what is missing. A specialist reviews it before anything is submitted.

AI
assembles the packet and checks it against payer requirements
Person
specialist submits and a clinician signs off clinical content
Measure
rework, turnaround and approval rate
Hospitals and systems
Digital health and MedTech

Inbound demo request to qualified conversation

A demo request is enriched with public company information, matched to your ideal customer profile and routed to the right rep with a short brief.

AI
researches, scores and drafts the brief
Person
rep decides on follow-up and approves regulated claims
Measure
response time and qualified-meeting rate
Digital health
Clinics and groups

Found by the person searching and the AI answering

Business profiles, location pages and service pages are made accurate and consistent, so search engines and AI answer tools can describe you correctly.

AI
audits listings, finds gaps and drafts page updates

How we work

A clear path from idea to a system your team uses

Five steps. Each one ends with something you can review, and a decision that stays with you.

  1. 01

    Discover

We map the workflow, the people in it and the numbers that matter today. No tools are chosen yet.

  2. 02

    Design

We decide what AI does, what people do and where they meet. You see the plan, the risks and the review points.

  3. 03

    Build

We configure and connect the systems, write the rules and test with your real scenarios.

  4. 04

    Launch

We go live in a controlled scope with a rollback plan and a named owner for each workflow.

  5. 05

    Enable

We train your team, measure against the baseline and improve. You keep the system and the knowledge.

In practice

Every automated step has a person behind it

Whatever the workflow, we design the same three things: what the system may do alone, what it must pass to a person, and how anyone can see what happened.

Human + AI

Your team, extended

AI does not replace a qualified professional. It takes repeatable work off their desk, so their hours go to judgment and relationships.

The difference

Why a human-centered partner beats disconnected tools

Buying five AI tools is easy. Getting them to work together, with your people and your numbers, is the hard part.

01

Tools do not own outcomes

A chatbot, a scribe and a dialer each do one job. Nobody is responsible for the lead who falls between them. We own the connection between the tools and the result.

02

Workflows come before software

We map the real process first, including the workarounds your team invented. Then we choose what to automate and what to leave alone.

03

Adoption is designed, not hoped for

Staff help shape the rules and learn the system before launch. A tool nobody uses returns nothing.

04

Revenue is the point

Each system ties to a commercial goal such as booked appointments, cleaner claims or faster follow-up. Our revenue operations work puts a baseline under it.

05

Privacy and oversight come with the build

Data minimization, access controls, human review and a register of AI uses are part of the design, not a late add-on.

06

One team across growth and operations

Strategy, search, automation, web and product work sit together, so what your marketing promises matches what operations can deliver.

Who we serve

Healthcare is bigger than the clinic

We work across the B2B healthcare ecosystem: the organizations that deliver care, pay for it, bill for it, and build the products and services around it.

Three ways in

Where do you sit in healthcare?

Providers

You deliver care and want faster intake, fuller schedules and less admin.

Provider segments
Payers and revenue cycle

You process claims and want cleaner submissions with an audit trail.

Our approach

How we make decisions

Five principles guide every project, whatever its size.

More time for people, more clarity for leaders, and growth you can explain.

Principle one

People first

We design around the real behavior of patients, customers and staff, not the way a process looks on paper.

Principle two

Business goal first

Every system ties to an operational or commercial measure that you chose.

Principle three

Smallest useful scope

We start with one workflow, prove it, then expand.

Principle four

Honest limits

We tell you when a use case is too early, too risky or not worth building.

Principle five

You stay in control

We document what each system does so you can explain it to your team, your board and your regulator.

Responsible adoption

Privacy, oversight and trust built in

Healthcare data is sensitive and healthcare decisions carry weight. We plan for both before anything goes live.

  • Human review
  • Data minimization
  • Access controls
  • Audit trails
  • Staff training

Explore AI governance

Human oversight

Every workflow states what the system may do alone and what needs a person. Clinical, financial and legal decisions stay with qualified professionals.

Privacy by design

We keep patient information out of tools that do not need it and map the US and UK rules that apply before data is connected. We are not a law firm, so counsel reviews anything that turns on the law.

Honest measurement

We set a baseline, track the same measures after launch and report what did and did not improve.

Questions

Common questions

Straight answers before you book a call.

What does an AI healthcare agency actually do?

We design and implement AI systems for healthcare businesses and connect them to operations and growth. That includes automation, AI agents, search visibility, web and product work, and revenue operations. People stay responsible for decisions that carry clinical, financial or legal weight. How we work, and what we will not do, is set out on the about page.

Do you work only with clinics?

No. We work across B2B healthcare: providers, payers, billing companies, life sciences, MedTech, digital health and the services that support them. The industries page lists every segment.

Will AI replace our staff?

We design for capacity and quality, not for headcount cuts. Time saved does not automatically become extra appointments or cash savings, so we plan how freed time will be used before we build.

How do you handle patient data?

A discovery call does not need any patient information, and our contact form asks you not to send any. When a project involves protected health data, we map the data flow, limit access and put the right agreements in place before anything is connected. Our privacy policy explains what this website itself collects.

Can you get us cited in AI search answers?

Nobody can promise that. Google says a page must be indexed and eligible to appear as a supporting link, and there is no special markup for AI features. Google also ended FAQ rich results on 7 May 2026. What helps is accurate business profiles, clear pages that answer real questions and consistent details everywhere you appear. Our Local SEO and GEO work measures the results with care.

Do you work in the UK as well as the US?

Yes. We design to the rules in each market, including HIPAA and state laws in the US, and UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and NHS assurance requirements in the UK. Check the details for your own situation with qualified counsel.

How do we start?

Book a discovery call. We ask about one workflow that costs you time or revenue, look at how it runs today and agree whether AI is the right fix. If it is not, we say so.

Let's talk

Find the one workflow worth fixing first

Bring a problem, not a tool list. No patient information is needed for a discovery call.
